It was a strength con today with Turkish Get-Ups.
6 Rounds of 2 reps in each arm
I did 12kg, 12kg, 16kg, 16kg, 12kg, 16kg.
Then after that Tristan and I were supposed to race on the rowers him to 2000m and me to 1200m. His legs got all jacked up in the middle and he had to stop, but I got the 1200m done in just over 5 minutes and that was after the strength workout.
