Day 27 Progress Update

Now I really don't care if I hit my weight goal this week. I really did quite well on Sunday. One large chicken cutlet for breakfast, 3 chicken tenders for lunch, 1 pork chop or something like that for dinner (with a glass of milk). How in the fuck does that not lose weight. I even hustled to the metro and walked back, so there was even some activity in my day.


Day 27 Stats:
Weight: 290.0 lbs.
Fat: 42.7%
Water: 43.7%
