It was a marathon of a WOD, but I want to move onto another topic. I've had a really great support system in Tristan and Wang through this whole thing, and Wang took a few minutes to give me a really nice pep talk yesterday after the WOD. As a result of that conversation I will be changing the format. It will make more sense to get into the specifics in the next post.
