Progress Update 7 Weeks

Given that I had a lazy week where I ate kind of poorly, I'm pretty pleased to have cut down on some of what I gained the week before. I'm still not back to my lowest point since the start, but I'm pretty sure I can reach a new low after this week as long as I don't pig out too much during festivities this weekend. I'm also considering not tracking the water % any more. It barely fluctuates and I was skeptical about the accuracy of the measurement.


Week 7 Stats:
Weight: 286.4 lbs. (-1.6)
Fat: 41.6% (-0.1)
Water: 44.5% (+0.1)
