Day 29 Progress Update (4 weeks)

So I think a lack of lunch by chance yesterday pushed me beyond the plateau. I got a new record low weight for a total loss of 7.8 pounds in approximately a month. My fat percentage has also been on a decline which is really encouraging.

Let's address the change in format. Weigh-ins and pictures will now be once per week on Wednesdays. Maybe I should consider moving to Fridays or Mondays, but I like that it's all in even weeks right now. I will still post after every workout and I'm going to focus less on weight goals and more on nutrition goals. There is another post to come with this coming week's goals.

Weight: 286.8 lbs. (-2)
Fat: 41.9% (-0.6)
Water: 44.3% (+0.5)
