Progress Update 5 Weeks

More progress this week. As far as workout goal, I was successful in getting in 3 workouts. With regards to eating I ended up doing 3 anything goes and 3 mostly paleo meals, where I was hoping for the reverse. I think I may have been a little aggressive with that goal, and if I really want to do more strict meals I need to work up to it or I will get discouraged at how hard it is to make the change.

The coming week's goals will be 4 mostly paleo and 3 anything goes. This gives me one paleo and one non per day assuming most days have lunch and dinner and that breakfast will not be judged on paleo-ness, however no carbs beyond a possible breakfast burrito wrap will be eaten at breakfast. The goal of breakfast is to be fruit.

Weight: 285.4 lbs. (-1.4)
Fat: 41.5% (-0.4)
Water: 44.6% (+0.3)
