Week 5 Goals

I'd like 9 of my 14 lunches and dinners to be very paleo, 3 to be mostly paleo, and I'm giving myself 2 where I do whatever. I may need those depending on where I am or social events.

My other more consistent goal that I intend to have every week is to attend 3 workouts. I believe they will almost always be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the last one will float around between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday depending on my plans.
