Day 26 Progress Update

I did really good with eating yesterday (well maybe breakfast was large, but I even was more active since we went on a picnic (although no workout). I swear, it's like I can't have a sip of alcohol without getting boned. I had at most a pint worth of beer during flip cup as I alternated some water in there on 2 out of 3 rounds and yet I get no loss. I guess I'll end up having to lose all of my weight in 2 days again unless today went well enough.

Weight: 290.0 lbs.
Fat: 42.7%
Water: 43.7%
