Workout 5/5/2011

So I'm a bit late on the post, but I did do a workout last Thursday.

3 Rounds for Time:

30 Hand Release Push-ups
30 Prisoner Squats
30 KB Swings

I both forgot to post my time to the gym blog and to post it here so I don't remember. I think I was just shy of 15 minutes though. Push-ups got really rough at the end.
