So I didn't drop the Crossfit thing, I just managed to get a gnarly muscle pull or something last Sunday. It didn't become apparent until last Tuesday, so I didn't workout for a week. The injury is still visible, but I went in and worked out today anyways.
Also I sort of ate like shit most of the week. Most days not horrendous on quantity, but there was more fast food than I had been doing since I started changing the eating, and definitely did some carb-heavy meals in there.
Today's workout was:
As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 minutes:
9 Deadlifts (155 lbs.)
12 Push-ups (knees)
15 Box Jumps (12")
I did the prescribed weight for deadlifts, but a shorter box and the push-ups on my knees.
I got 5 full rounds and most of the way through the sixth (I got 6 of the 15 box jumps, so I was seven shy of the full round).
