Workout 5/17/2011

Workout was 50 Curtis Presses prescribed at 95 pounds, but I did 55 pounds.

The Curtis Press is a combination of moves. First you power clean the weight. Then from the rack position you lunge with one leg, then the other, and finish it off with a push press.

My time was 18:45 I think, maybe 19:45.
