Progress Update 21 Weeks
A respectable 2.2 pounds this week. While not as large as last week, I did lose nearly the same percent body fat (0.6 vs. 0.7) so presumably there was some muscle gain this week. The rest of the week and weekend I'm going to be ultra busy which is really going to cramp my Crossfit time. I think I'm going to try to do the 6am on Thursday or Friday depending on which one is available and throw some sort of equipment-less exercise in while I'm in Richmond. Hopefully even with the reduced gym times I can still get a solid loss this coming week. If I do really well maybe I can break into the 250's.
