Progress Update 18 Weeks
Rough news on the scale this morning. On the bright side I dropped in fat percentage, but I was really hoping to break into the 260's hard. I supposed Monday dinner was shit, but damn I did good Tuesday. 2 eggs breakfast, 2 eggs + some apple sauce lunch, and a little salad + pineapple coconut water for dinner. I guess that couldn't defeat a long night of drinking both Thursday and Saturday. Either way, my pants still feel pretty loose this morning and I could see another notch coming in the next week or so.
