Workout 9/1/2011 Fight Gone Bad Preview

Fight Gone Bad - You have 1 minute at each station per round. At the end of the round there is 1 minute of rest

Wall Ball Shots (20 lbs.)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75 lbs.)
Box Jump (20")
Push Press (75 lbs.) (Started my rotation here)

I knew I've done Fight Gone Bad before, so I looked back at my blog to find it so that I could bask in the glory of my improvement since it turned out it was May 7th, which was about a month into my CrossFitting. While my post indicates I only guessed at my count, it said 205, which is depressing. It does note that I did mostly step-ups instead of the box jumps, and that I switched to 14lb. med ball at some point.

I now have a goal for when we do the official Fight Gone Bad.
