Progress Update 19 Weeks

I cracked the 260's! Happy birthday to me! It took some dedication yesterday to make that happen because I definitely had some bad days in the week. It really inspires me to want to have a ton more days like that because as long as it doesn't end up triggering starvation mode in the body it could really allow me to drop weight fast. I was surprised at how little hunger I ended up with by only having a 2-scoop protein shake for breakfast and then not even a pound of food split in a 0.6 lbs. for lunch and 0.3 lbs. of salad for dinner. The lunch was also about 1/3 salad and then some protein for the other 2/3.


Week 19 Stats:
Weight: 269.0 lbs. (-2.2)
Fat: 37.4% (-0.9)
