Progress Update 17 Weeks
Over 4 pounds lost this week! I think depsite not eating particularly well nor being particularly quantity conscious during the weekend trip to see Kyle and Maria, the trip to her gym and the swimming around in the pool helped to balance some of that. The real championing was when I kicked ass as far as eating went yesterday and did pretty well on Monday as well (lunch was sort of okay, but dinner involved great restraint in quantity). The results this week are also incredibly motivating because it shows me that I can still have multi-pound losses in a week, and it's just a matter of getting more strict with consumption. The goal this week is to focus on having smaller dinners like I did the past 2 days. I think if I do that 5 out of the 7 days this week I can get another big jump and I'll be more on my way to not feeling the need to eat so much.
