Workout 7/5/2011

AMRAPx20 minutes

15 Power Cleans (115 round 1, 95 round 2)
20 DeadLifts (same)
25 Air Squats
50 Double Unders

Got 1 round and 21 double unders in the second round. The power cleans really roughed me up, and the double unders didn't help.
