Progress Update 16 Weeks
Another 1.4 lb. loss. I was hoping to crack 275, but I'm sure I will next week. I know I said I was gonna move forward with more lifestyle change this past week, but I really didn't. I'm going to try a little harder on that this week. I know it has to be a gradual change if I want it to stick and I can feel that I've been changing some, but I feel like I took a step forward on it and have paused in the past month, so I probably said the same thing last week, but it is time to take another small step in the lifestyle change. Maybe this step should focus more on quantity since the last step was on the mix of food. I still feel like I'm eating about as much, just in a better mix that allows me to drop weight and fuel muscle gain. This time I'd like to make an effort to reduce quantity in a few meals per week. The hope would be that it would allow me to progress at more of a 2+ pounds per week loss instead of the 1-1.5 that I've had as of late.
