Out of order, but here's from yesterday.

Strength: Press

Skill: Ring Dip to Failure x4
2 minute rest between attempts

MetCon: For Time
10 HandStand Push Ups
20 Body Blasters
40 Sit Ups
5 HandStand Push Ups
10 Body Blasters
20 Sit Ups

125# Max Press (almost had 130#)

MetCon - 15:09 I think. Used elevated push-ups.
