Progress Update 15 Weeks

Another pound lost, but a slight fat % gain. I did the calculations and it still says that I overall lost some fat. Not sure exactly what that means as I doubt that I lost muscle per se. It could be a water differential I guess. Chipping away is nice and I didn't feel like I did great this week with diet, so I was please to still make forward progress. I need to see if I can do another multi-pound week by really locking down the eating. I think I've become to complacent with the slow steady progress and I think I'm about mentally ready to suffer from a diet perspective again. I think that's the hardest part is willing myself to make good choices on a permanent basis. I do however think that while my day to day choices erratically move up and down, that the overall trend is in the good direction and maybe if I can just smooth the transition so that I stay closer to the trend line instead of having super good sets of days and then really bad ones, just more moderate all around.
