Progress Update 14 Weeks

Dropped another pound and a half. Worked out every day in the past week. Taking a day off today so I can go to the IGDA event tonight. I'm glad I'm back to getting consistent losses, but I'd be more encouraged if they were slightly larger losses. I'm probably a bit plateaued at the moment, so I'll have to figure out what will get me past it. Probably reducing food quantity some more.

Weight: 277.8 lbs. (-1.4)
Fat: 39.4% (-0.2)
