Skill: ghd back extensions
10-10-10

Metcon: amrap x10 mins
4 press (95#/65#)
8 front squats
12 hang power cleans

Strength: 28kg once per arm, did 35# BGU to try it out

MetCon: 5 rounds + 3 squats @ 75#
