Progress Update 38 Weeks
Two main thoughts for the progress since Christmas. First is that I've done too much meat (i.e. protein but with fat) and not enough veggies. Second thought is that I need to maintain doing more exercise to make sure I expend the energy I'm putting into my body. I have two pounds left and ideally I want to see it gone by the morning of the 31st so that I can just have a New Year's Eve and celebrate my success. If I still have a smidgen to go, then I will suck it up, shit on any New Year's Eve gluttony and weigh in again on the 1st to make the declaration. Today I'm gonna be hitting a protein shake for lunch as well and having mostly salad and veggies at my family going away party tonight. I also better get my ass some exercise.
