Activity 12/27/2011

100 Push-ups
100 Air Squats
100 Sit-ups

Stepped up the sit-up game since the last time I did this one. I really liked it, so I went for it again. Did not time, just kept powering through. Maybe they should make a workout that combines this and the Filthy Fifty to make the Heinous Hundy. I would however recommend doing fewer movements than are in the Filthy Fifty if someone wants to create it.
