Between the warm-up and workout, I made another attempt at a no-band pull-up (kipping, of course). The gym has a poll going as to whether we'll count the rep. So far it is leaning in my favor. :)

Skill: Used 16kg, but all of the reps felt off-balance and awkward
MetCon: 4 rounds + 17 sit-ups
MetCon made me wonder what I could do with a different balance of the 40 reps at 10 sit-ups and 30 double-unders, although I suppose that would remove some of the 'cross' from CrossFit.
