Workout 10/12/2011

Strength: Snatch
1-1-1-1-1-1

Skill: Hang Power Snatch
3-3-3-3 (using 75% of 1rm)

MetCon: amrapx10mins
Run around building w/MB
15 wall ball shots (20#/14#)

Snatch: 115 lbs. and a lot of solid reps and technique refinement.

MetCon: 4 rounds + 6 WB Rx'd but it was raining at the time so we did 150m row instead of around the building with the med ball.
