Tonight will be the first trial of gFit, so we'll see if their Boot Camp class seems worth my time, or if I'll end up plunking down even more dollars per month to keep doing CrossFit. I think to really evaluate it I'll have to go several times to make sure that I really think it keeps things varied enough to keep me interested. The wonky class schedules are also going to make it odd, because it is sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening.
Also, I think it's very interesting that you can tell I've lost some muscle since at my lowest weekly weight I am not at my lowest weekly fat %. Given it's only 0.1% it could be a water weight effect, but with the almost 0 strength training I've done, I blame the former.

Awesome Job Andy! keep up the good work! Wow you really did lose some mussel but that's ok it will all be back as soon as you settle into a grove out there.
