Progress Update 46 Weeks

220 flat! Not impressed with a mere 1.6 pounds this week, but Saturday was pretty decadent with lots of drinking and food at Fisherman's Wharf. I also didn't lock down real well Monday. I still have yet to try one of those P90X videos. I did however do a non-timed mini MetCon where I just rotated push-ups, sit-ups, and air squats switching as I lost steam on each and I was probably doing it for more than 5 minutes but less than 10 before I stopped. I may want to start doing that on a daily basis to get more exercise. I really am just worried about losing all of the strength I had gained. I need to just figure some more exercise into my schedule. If there is anything I learned from my first stint with regular exercise, it's that you never think you have time, but then once you get into the groove you realize you have plenty of time. You just have to get into a habit.
