Progress Update 52 Weeks (That's a Whole Year Son!)
We made it to a year, and I'll make a separate post for the year in review, but I want to focus more on the week for this post. First of all I'm pissed that I ended the year with a 2 pound gain. I blame several things including complacency about eating more on too many meals falling back on an excuse of the morning jog. On the upside, with the exception of a very raining Wednesday, I did jog every weekday this past week. Since the scale initially said 216.8 this morning I ran and then re-weighed to get the 216.2 reading which is untrue to my normal weighing practices and probably is why the 2 pound gain looks like so little fat % gain. I'll end the pity party here so I can get on to the celebratory post.
