Not sure if I failed in my plan or if I went so hard Monday and Tuesday that I was in starve mode or something from the 5-pound loss. This week was a little disappointing, but at least it's progress. I'm also getting bummed that it it highly unlikely that in the next two weeks I lose another 15 pounds to hit the 100 pounds in a year goal.
Gotta keep going though. My new goal this week is to start waking up a little early to get in some daily exercise on weekdays. I think that would help not only in assisting weight loss, but also preventing me from losing all of the muscle I had been gaining.
