Progress Update 49 Weeks

Bam. I tripped last week, but got up and came back hard. This week really inspired me to want to stay more disciplined throughout the whole work week despite Wednesday weigh-ins. I think with more focus and discipline on Wednesdays and Thursdays I can achieve better results as well as stop making myself fluctuate up and down throughout every week.

If I weighed myself daily I think it'd be shocking what I weigh on Sunday or even Monday morning and manage to make so much progress on Monday and Tuesday that I get a loss for the week. I actually have a pretty good idea of it since I sometimes sneak peek on Monday mornings. I often drop like 5+ pounds during Monday and Tuesday to achieve my losses. I've known this for a while and it begs the question I've avoided asking myself. Why not stop cheating so much on Wednesday through Sunday and see what kind of progress comes? Well it's time to answer it. Today and tomorrow I will treat the way I treat Mondays and Tuesdays and we'll see where I am next week.
