So the never again post is now ruined, but I regret the post more than rewarding myself for achieving my goal. It's going to be a rough couple weeks coming up with the move and a trip to the south, which is totally the land of the carb. I'll have to sneak in some exercise while I'm there to help offset damage. I came into work yesterday with my new suit and shirt on and everyone was telling me how good I looked because frankly it wasn't real easy to see all of the progress under clothes meant to be worn by a 300 lb. duder. My left shoulder feels like shit and I don't know why. My only possible guess is that I walk the dog with that arm and maybe I just wigged it out in the cold, shivering, while getting dragged by the little guy.
