Workout 11/9/2011

Strength: weighted pull up
3-3-3-3-3

Skill: intro to rope climbing
practice for 10 mins

MetCon: tabata esto
ring rows (or pull ups)
rest 1minute
sdhp (2pd/1.5pd)

Strength: Did some questionable sets on the small blue band, but things are looking good.

MetCon: I forgot to write my table down like a dumbass.
