Workout 11/11/2011

Strength: Power Snatch
3-3-3-3-3

Skill: Hip Snatch
3-3-3-3 (using 75% of 3rm)

MetCon:
30 bear complexes (95#/65#)

Strength: I think I powered like 125# a couple times. I never maxed out because it was a crowded Friday and I was in the front where I couldn't drop weight most of the time.

MetCon: Scaled down to 65#, but maybe that was best because it put me finishing with most other people at 11:59
