Self Workout 11/23/2011

5 Rounds for Time:
10 Burpees
15 KB Snatches @ 40 lbs. ~18kg (split between arms as you please)
10 Sit ups

Time: 10:20 (Stop watch said 10:26 but futzing with it in the beginning and especially the end was probably a solid 6 seconds)
