Progress Update 31 Weeks

There was a moment where I thought I'd be saying hello to the 230's this week, but since my pace seems consistent (except that there was greater fat% loss this week) I guess I'll get that next week.

In other news I'm planning on another no booze stint between Thanksgiving and Christmas in an effort to help end the year well. I'm also thinking that once my new tub of protein powder comes in (that I should have ordered earlier because now I'm relegated to rationing the last little bit) I will start replacing more than just breakfast with protein shakes. I think mostly some dinners, although maybe I'll bring a zip-lock to work, but then I wouldn't have the milk. Probably just replacing a few dinners a week with 2 or 3 scoops. Shit needs to get real because every week I'm getting 0.2 pounds behind the pace I set.

Fat: 31.2% (-0.6)
