Activity 11/20/2011

Went over to the gym in my apartment complex in the afternoon. Elliptical'd for a half a mile (wished I had just run around the block a couple times before going into the gym instead). Then used a lat pull-down machine (wished I had been kipping out some pull-ups instead), then used some sort of row-ish machine, but it was more like a reverse bench press where I was sitting up and pulling the thing toward me to lift the weight. Not sure what I could have been doing instead. Then I did some sort of reverse curls to work some triceps which was somewhat satisfying. Then I was done with doing machine stuff and didn't like the other machines. So I picked up a 50 lb. dumb bell and held it to my chest for 20 squats. Did two sets of 10 push-ups, two sets of 10 sit-ups, and two sets of 10 burpees to finish it out a little stronger.
