Workout 9/7/2011

Strength: DeadLift
3-3-3-3-3

Skill: Single Leg DeadLift
5-5-5 (per leg)

MetCon: for time
30 - 20 - 10
KB Swing
Jumping Split Lunges

Strength: 315, 335, 345, 355, 315 (the 355 looked sloppy enough that I backed off for the last set)

Skill: Skipped due to time and a ripped up hand

MetCon: 10 minutes and some I believe
