Workout 9/6/2011

I had a brilliant day. I had a health screen in the morning and my numbers were looking good except for the weight thing that I'm correcting. The guy I discussed the results with had a great idea for my protein shakes that I took action on. Unsweetened Almond Milk instead of regular milk. It's Paleo and has no carbs. Booya! Then I was fucking pumped as shit for the workout. I told myself that I will not do fewer than 10 rounds (even if it means going beyond time) and that if I broke 12 I'd be really happy. As you'll see below I was fucking ecstatic! My weekend in Richmond involved more carbs than usual and more eating at restaurants than usual so I may not be in for a great loss this week, but I did good work today, ate pretty well today, and I'm amped for the coming week of testing the almond milk and generally kicking ass in the interest of getting another big week to attempt to break into the 250's hard.

Side Note: During the warm-up I got a new PR (personal record) for consecutive double-unders. 39!
