Strength: Front Squat

Skill: Pistols
5-5-5-5 (per leg)

MetCon: amrap x 10mins
10 SDHP (2pd)
30 Double Unders

Strength: 95-135-165-170

MetCon: 4 rounds + 18 DU

Also in the warm-up there were 2 sets of 40 double-unders. In the second set I attained a new PR of 39 double-unders chained together.
