Self Workout 9/25/2011

5 Rounds for Time:

15 KB Swings (40lbs / 18KG)
10 Push-ups (NO knees)
10 Sit-ups (first round I did burpees forgetting that it was similar to push-up muscles, but then changed to sit-ups for last 4 rounds)

Time: 9:29
