This is a 3 round process where you do as many reps as possible. You get a minute for each exercise in each round rotating to the next exercise at the end of each minute. After the sit-ups (the last exercise of the round) you get a minute rest. Therefore the whole thing takes 7 minutes. All reps are counted equal so it's all about total count.
My breakdown by exercise and round:
Burpees: 12, 9, 9
Pull-ups (Big Black Band): 17, 13, 16
Squats: 30, 20 ,24
Push-ups (knees): 22, 16, 19
Sit-ups: 17, 14, 19
Total: 267 reps
