Workout 6/2/2011

For Time: PYRAMID

KB Swing 16 kg
Box Jumps 12" plus 45 lb. plate to make it taller (approximated at 16" total)

Time: 12:54

Then we did some special push-up thing after that started with a T. You do 8 rounds where you do as many push-ups as you can in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds and start the next round. It is a grueling 3 minutes and 50 seconds.
