Workout 6/20/2011

Strength: Back Squat

3 rep max was 215.

Skill: Pistols

This was weird. It was like squatting on one leg. I did it carrying no extra weight.

MetCon: for time
30 Burpee Pull-ups

I scaled down to a 20 count and did burpee jump to the pull-up bar since I can't do pull-ups without assistance.

Time: 3:25
