Strength: OverHead Squat
5 rep max: 95 lbs.
Skill: Step-Ups with Overhead weight (as in “waiter’s walk)
This was hard on a 20" box. I was using 8kg I think for the sets of 5 with each leg.
MetCon: AMRAPx7 minutes
10 Box Jumps (12" box + 45lbs plate = ~16")
10 KBS (16kg)
Got in 5 rounds and 1 box jump into the 6th.
