Progress Update 9 Weeks

First I'd like to note that I forgot to post when I worked out Sunday. We did front squats to find a max weight. I was hampered by the fact that my form is still developing.

The next thing that was interesting this week is that my weight went up by 1.8 pounds, however my body fat measurement stayed the same. So I suppose I put on as much muscle as I did fat. I definitely had some days where I didn't do as well with my eating. This includes last night where after dinner at like 9:15 I had a snack more or less out of a pointless feeling of social obligation since everyone else was having one.

I have a good feeling about this week.

Weight: 284.4 lbs. (+1.8)
Fat: 41.2% (-0.0)
