Progress Update 12 Weeks

So no change in any category this week. I'm guessing progress was stiffled by my trip to Rochester where eating right was more complicated than usual. Certainly more carbs this week than any other recent week. My project got taken to dinner last night as well so not only was there a decent sized meal (which I did do good about avoiding carbs other than the 2 beers) but it meant I missed the pre-weigh-in workout. I'm on day 2 of morning protein shakes so we'll see how that goes for this week. It really doesn't taste that great, so I'm going to need to buy some frozen berries like Wang suggested to up the flavor level.
