Progress Update 11 Weeks

So I did this a day late because I didn't get in as many workouts as I had been last week and I went to Chima for a career dinner Tuesday night which while it mean lots of protein from dudes with skewers of meat offering you as much as you wanted, I certainly got more of a fill than I needed. By waiting an extra day I get to report a loss and not a gain.


Week 11 Stats:
Weight: 280.0 lbs. (-0.8)
Fat: 40.4% (-0.1)
