You Need To Start Somewhere

It's the morning of day 1 of my CrossFit experiment/experience. I decided if I was going to do a daily tracking that I should do the fun picture-a-day web thing. Maybe if I feel like having fun I'll make the movie at the end that cycles all of the pictures.

Also my scale at home claims to be able to use these metal contacts you stand on to attempt to measure fat and water percentages based on height, age, and I assume some electrical property it measures via the metal contacts on your bare feet. I'm going to track that as well since it's there even though I'm unsure of the reliability of those readings.

Weight: 294.6 lbs.
Fat: 43.7%
Water: 42.8%
