Workout 4/23/2011

Today's WOD was:

3 rounds for time (I scaled to 2 rounds)
  • 30 toes to bars

  • 30 sumo deadlift high pulls (45lbs.)

  • 30 overhead squats (45lbs.)

  • 30 burpees


My time was 32:33.
